For family history research - names of each known member (including siblings, parents, spouse(s) and children). Include any known birth, marriage and death dates, and known places of residence. Do you know of any other spellings of the family name?

Include resources you have already searched. Do you have documents in your possession, such as birth/marriage/death certificates, family bible, newspaper clippings, obituaries, funeral programs, etc. Depending on your request, we may ask for photocopies of those documents.

What background information do you already know about the ancestor or research subject, such as occupation, ethnic origin, religious denomination, what church they attended, military service. For business/church/house histories: what documents, papers or information do you have? Is there an earlier history that exists?    

Please tell us anything else you know about the family line you want to research.  Any names, dates or other information you can supply will assist in our research efforts, and will eliminate the need for us to charge you for time we spend to find information that you already have. Our goal is to find as much new information about your ancestors as possible
